It was listed in the category \u2018best negative space logo design\u2019 \u2013 perhaps a bit niche, but we are happy about the visibility on the other side of the Atlantic.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=”30″ css=”.vc_custom_1497436008018{margin-bottom: 60px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”2452″ img_size=”full” css_animation=”fadeIn” css=””][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][lab_heading title=”epda and KURZ as our guests”][\/lab_heading][vc_column_text css=””]We had the pleasure of hosting the epda (european brand & packaging design association) and the company KURZ. In an informative and inspiring session, we learnt all about finishing, hot and cold transfer and the corresponding digital solutions.<\/p>\n

Verinion has been using pure green electricity since 2016, locally from Hamburg Energie. We also work with Click-a-Tree<\/a> to plant trees around the world (over 800 trees in total since 2021). Furthermore, we use FSC-certified printer paper from sustainable forestry (unfortunately, we are not completely paperless yet) and feed our coffee machine with organic Fairtrade beans. We use organic tabs in the dishwasher, the dish towels are woven by a workshop for the blind in Hamburg and – wherever possible – we buy local products, take the train instead of the plane …<\/p>\n

To be honest, we don’t always succeed, but we are aware of our responsibility and work on it.<\/p>\n

Esther St\u00fchmer, Julia Kaiser, Ren\u00e9 Fehrmann and Kim Bobsin presented and discussed their \u201eDesign thing” before approximately 50 guests. Individuals or companies wishing to have a logo in the (RED) look receive a logo free of charge from participating designers who would then donate the fee they considered appropriate to (RED). A wonderful, creative project for a good cause.
